Helpdesk training

One of the things I will be doing in my job as IT librarian is to work the ITS helpdesk.  I’ll be training on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-noon.  This will be the scariest part of my job, I’m sure.  Kim is planning to let me loose in April, so I hope that 30 hours of training will be enough!

    You can ask any of the IT staff when you have questions. All of us ask each other when questions come up that we can’t answer. This is because there so much going on that no single person knows everything.

    Hmmm… when will you have a help desk schedule? I need to know when we should break things out here!
